Fixed braces

Our fixed braces have brackets that are cemented onto your teeth and they have a wire strung between them. The brackets are carefully placed at precise angles so that the pressure from the wire will pull the teeth in the right direction. Our braces have clear brackets and tooth-coloured wires so they blend in with the teeth rather than dominating them.

Our device, called Six Month Smiles, takes 4-9 months to straighten the front 6-8 teeth.

Removable aligners

We have 2 kinds of removable aligners. Invisalign looks like a very thin mouth guard. You can have these aligners for the top and bottom teeth. You get a series of aligners and wear each one for 7-10 days. Inside each aligner is a set of ridges that press on the teeth, with slightly different ridges in each one. Wear them in order and they nudge your teeth into position. The great thing about Invisalign is that they come out for eating and cleaning and are very hard to see when they are in place. The average treatment time is a year.

We also have the Inman Aligner, a single device that sandwiches the front teeth between spring-loaded bows that use opposing forces to reposition them. This also comes out for eating and cleaning and takes 6-18 weeks to move the teeth.
